Grafton July Racing

This weekend the 19th & 20th of June a wide range of hats & fascinators will be launched in store ready for the July racing season in Grafton. Well worth a look.

One of my very good friends is always great at organising picnics for friends and family. May I say it's not always even for a special occasion but just to gather those you care about to eat, drink, play and be merry! Bottle of Gin

I'm in the process of taking photo's for our website that is being built as we speak. Very exciting and also running on limited time with the baby due in 20 days (give or take) not that I'm counting. So I thought it appropriate for a photo of some empty bottles!

Why is it that as Women we can never have enough bags and shoes? Well maybe it's because if you make bags like this lovely clutch it becomes a necessity!

Staying motivated

We've been motivated this week to move some larger pieces of furniture about in the shop. My approach has been to find a temporary spots for things so the larger pieces can be moved. A little bit gun ho and a bit of an untidy way to approach things I know! Then I fall in a slump of exhaustion thinking I'll get back to tidying in a minute. I kill some time looking at all the blogs I'm following to distract me and what happens - I'm inspired to get moving again! Thanks everyone!

Mellow Yellow

After a week of rain and storms we are back to our normal warm warm weather here in Grafton. So back to blue skies and a mellow yellow sun...I suppose I should get some washing done - mmm

Inspired project

Check it out! A regular customer has converted a wall decoration panel into a door for an old cupboard. The cupboard has had a new lease on life and I'm sure you'll agree, looks fantastic.
I'm inspired to start my next project now.

Look what we got in this week!

This week we got in this cool retro kitchen hutch! I love it ! I want to take it home , but instead have put it in the shop and filled it with green glass and silverware. Why don't they make things like they used too?

For the Lad's

Not always, but occasionally, we find that lads like to wait outside in the car whilst their ladies come and explore the things in store. However, for those lads who do wait outside (you know who you are) we now have a section in store that we have dedicated just to you! Now all you have to do is step inside!
